If you are not a customer of Tripmia Travels and Tours
We will collect personal information to communicate with you and may collect personal information to understand the transactions and interactions within our business and comply with our reporting and other legal obligations. Also, if you are:

  • a job applicant, we will collect personal information to assess your suitability for the position;
  • a shareholder, we may collect personal information to comply with our legal obligations;

Why will we disclose information to another organisation?
Tripmia Travels and Tours will disclose your information only by the professional services we provide. We want to provide our customers with the very best products and services. At times we may partner with another organisation to support the products and services we offer. Some of our service providers provide services to us entirely or partly from overseas locations and we may to receive those services occasionally transfer personal information overseas, including to Israel, Europe, USA and the Asia Pacific Region

If you are a customer, to electronically verify your identity documents, it will be necessary to disclose those identity documents to a third party supplier who is overseas to conduct a check; it will be required to reveal some of your personal information to the entity that will verify the accuracy of your information. For a check relating to another country, that entity will be in that other country, and so your information must be disclosed overseas.

If we have asked you to verify information, it will be necessary to share your personal information with our customers when we confirm that you have verified the information. As you will appreciate in certain circumstances, we may be compelled by law to disclose your personal information to various authorities.

Access to your personal information
You have a right to access your personal information held by Tripmia Travels and Tours. There is no charge to put in a request to see your information, and we can quickly provide you with general information such as your name, address and contact details.

If you believe that any information is incorrect or out of date you may, of course, ask us to correct it. However, we may need to charge you a small administration fee to cover our costs if you want to access more detailed information or take copies of information on your file. How safe and secure is the information we hold about you?
We take great care with the information we hold about you. All information stored electronically is password protected.
We aim to ensure that any details are securely protected from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure by way of maintaining:
